Recognition is a powerful way to motivate employees. The following is information on some of the corporate recognition programs we have.

Premier's Award of Excellence

• Since 1995, the Premier has presented annual awards to teams to promote and recognize superior client service and business practices in the Alberta Public Service.  Today, the award serves as a standard of achievement and a guide to business excellence practices.

DM of Executive Council Service Excellence Recognition Program

• Created to recognize teams of public service employees who have shown a significant commitment and dedication to delivering excellence service to clients, this program is based on principles such as defining clients, understanding their needs, and evaluating service enhancements.

Ministry Programs
